Family Focus: Parents can join sessions on supporting young athletes, nutrition, injury prevention, and mindset. We have invited special guests that will be talking about nutrition for climbers and mindset coach, plus climbing physio and acupressure specialists.
Personalized workshops and focus for the athletes: The kids will also have workshops on the same topics, separately from the parents.
Specialized video feedback – the coaches will work individually with each athlete, with video reviews and assessments.
Community & Connection: Fun, family-friendly activities will allow kids to bond and families to connect outside the gym.
Special Gatherings: We’ll celebrate together with welcome and farewell dinners to make the week truly memorable. And will have really great activities in Barcelona.
